General Information:
The Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office has the responsibility of executing and or serving certain court-issued documents; namely Writs of Execution, Possession, Assistance, Attachments and Restitution. We also deliver non-writ process papers

Wage Garnishment:
In order for the Sheriff’s Office to serve a Wage Garnishment, please provide the following documents:

Writ – 3 copies.

Order for Continuing Garnishment (If applicable) – 2 copies.

Notice of Garnishment/Interrogatories form for Wage Garnishments. – 2 copies

Notice of Exemptions, Instructions to Debtors and Third-party Claim Forms – 1 copy

Letter of Instruction for Wage Garnishments which per Idaho Statue 31-2211 must be signed by your attorney. If you do not have an attorney the plaintiff must sign.

A stamped, self-addressed envelope to the defendant.

$45.00 service fee, made payable to the Bonneville County Sheriff.
Bank Garnishment:
In order for the Sheriff’s Office to serve a Bank Garnishment, please provide the following documents:

Writ – 3 copies.
