NOTICE OF SEALED BID AUCTION – SEE LIST BELOW
The Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office will be holding a Sealed Bid Auction. Items to be auctioned include motor vehicles and miscellaneous property.
- Auction Location: Bonneville County Law Enforcement Conference Room, 605 N Capital Ave, Idaho Falls, ID
- Auction Date: Monday, May 3RD ,2021
- Auction Time: 10:00 AM
A full list of the auction items will be available to the public starting Tuesday, April 29th, 2021. A copy of the list may be picked up at the Bonneville County Civil Process Office located at 605 N. Capital Ave., Idaho Falls, ID 83402 or view at www.bonnvillesheriff.com under the news tab. Lists will also be available at the viewing location at the Bonneville County Jail during viewing time. All bids must be written on the auction form and sealed. Bids must be turned in by hand at Bonneville County Civil Process Office or at the viewing location. Bidding forms and envelopes will be provided. All bidding will close by 9:30am on Monday, May 3rd, 2021. The auction items may be viewed at the location listed below.

PLEASE READ ALL BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE FILLING OUT THIS FORM:
- ALL INFORMATION MUST BE PRINTED / See instructions on second page.
- SOME ITEMS MAY HAVE A MINIMUM STARTING BID. PLEASE VERIFY THAT YOUR BID IS AT OR ABOVE THE MINIMUM STARTING BID FOR THAT ITEM.
- ALL ITEMS WILL BE SOLD FOR CASH OR CERTIFIED FUNDS IN LAWFUL U.S. CURRENCY. IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER YOU MUST HAVE THE FUNDS DELIVERED TO THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE NO LATER THAN 4:00 pm, May 4th, 2021. All bids are considered legally binding to purchase.
- Auction Instructions and Rules: Bids will be accepted on the forms provided in sealed envelopes at the auction site during viewing hours from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Friday the 30th of April and Saturday the 1st of May at the BCSO Jail impound located at 900 Environmental way in Idaho Falls. Bids will also be accepted at the Law Enforcement building at 605 N Capital in Idaho Falls at the Sheriff’s civil office until 9:30am on Monday the 3rd of May. Bids will be opened and read at the Bonneville County Law Enforcement Conference Room in the courthouse on Monday May 3rd at 10:00 am.
- Questions regarding the auction may be directed to Alicia Flegel at 208-529-1350 ext. 2788. BCSO personnel will be on site Friday and Saturday to assist in viewing the items at the jail.
The Sheriff reserves the right to all final decisions regarding the property in the auction and to act as the auctioneer in determining any disputes.
IF YOU ARE GOING TO ATTEND THE AUCTION AT THE COURT HOUSE YOU WILL HAVE TO WEAR A MEDICAL MASK.
