NOTICE OF SHERIFF’S SALE
By virtue of a judgment dated May 2, 2022, and a Writ of Execution issued by the Magistrate Division of the District Comi of the Seventh Judicial District of the State of Idaho, in and for the County of Bonneville, in the above-entitled action, dated August 23, 2022, the Sheriff of Bonneville County is commanded to sell the personal property, or so much thereof to satisfy judgment, belonging to the defendant, Michael McCracken, particularly described as follows:
1998 Champion 80 X 16, Mobile Home, VIN 47981889247 at 785 Marcia Drive, Idaho Falls, ID 83401
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on September 8, 2022 at 11:30 a.m., a public auction will be held at 605 N. Capital, Idaho Falls, Idaho, in the Bonneville County Courthouse Rotunda and the Sheriff will, in compliance with the above-mentioned Writ of Execution, sell the above-described property to the highest bidder, for cash in lawful money of the United States.
THE SHERIFF, by certificate of sale, will transfer the right, title and interest of the judgment debtor in and to the property at the time of the execution or attachment was levied. The Sheriff will give possession, but does not guarantee clear title nor continuous possessory right to the purchaser. The Sheriff sells all property “as is,” “whereas,” and without any guarantee or warranty whatsoever.
ALL BIDDERS must register with the Sheriff prior to the start of the sale and must have in their possession sufficient cash or a letter from their bank or financial institution guarantying the availability of funds, if paying by certified funds. Payment by cash or certified funds is due by 3 p.m. on the day of the sale.
