Sex Offender Registration is located Inside the Driver’s License Division of the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office, located at 254 E. St. in Idaho Falls, ID. Individuals required to register as a sex offender under Idaho Law can visit this office to complete registry paperwork Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm (excluding holidays). Idaho State Police Sex Offender Registry:
Under statute, maintaining a data base of Registered Sex Offenders is the responsibility of the Idaho State Police (ISP). As persons register through their local Sheriff’s Office, the information is forwarded to ISP where it’s made available to the public at no charge for notification purposes.
