CIVIL PROCESS: an important piece of our duties as a Sheriff’s Office. In this Division, Deputies are responsible for the intake and processing of Civil Papers from the public and courts. Many of these papers include orders directly from the courts such as Writs of Execution, Possession, Assistance, Attachments and Restitution. Deputies assigned to this team also deliver Non-Writ Process Papers.
