Search and Rescue Operations in Bonneville County fall under the duties of the Sheriff. More than three dozen community volunteers assist Deputies in these efforts as part of the Bonneville County Search and Rescue. Volunteer Search and Rescue Teams have been a part of our organization for decades and continue to evolve and grow with technology and resources that save lives. In addition to Search and Rescue Operations, this team assists the Sheriff’s Office in major events, disasters, or when manpower is needed to help an investigation or keep the community safe. These volunteers and dedicated to our community and an invaluable asset to the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office Team.
