NEWS RELEASE
Bonneville County Sheriff’s Deputies are seeking the public’s help in locating 43-year-old Matthew H. Godfrey. Mr. Godfrey was reported missing by family last Friday (Dec. 6th) after he failed to return to his residence the previous evening. Family is concerned about the welfare of Mr. Godfrey as he did not appear to take a phone or personal belongings with him and it is unusual for him to not be in contact.
Matthew is described as having Brown Hair and Brown Eyes, approximately 5’ 10” tall and around 210 lbs. and may be accompanied by his small gray dog. Matthew was last seen at approximately 2pm purchasing items in the drive through of the Tobacco Connection on 17th St. in Ammon. At that time, he was driving his Blue 2002 Dodge Pickup with Idaho License Plate 8BFP878.
Deputies wish to contact Mr. Godfrey to check his welfare and reconnect him with family members. Anyone with information as to the whereabouts of Matthew is asked to contact the Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office through dispatch at 208-529-1200.
